APPROACH Shopping habits changed in 2020 – impacted by Covid, technology, fresh thinking and behaviors brought on by the necessity of lockdowns. Research and change brought insights and impact for Locus, with just in time brand development for this community engagement platform.

Brand standards were created as a blueprint for the brand moving forward – with some key campaign ideas serving as a launchpad.

Promotions and social strategy brought the brand to life, and our savvy brand team was off and running with shop support.
